TJ Koyen is a Junior at Sun Prairie High School.  He enjoys video games and drawing in his free time.

TJ's has been racing go karts since 2002, starting with one of the oldest kart clubs in the country, Badger Kart Club, in Dousman, WI.  In his first full season of racing, TJ captured the 2003 Yamaha Jr. Sportsman championship with Badger.  TJ continued to club race in 2004, moving up to the Jr. classes.  In 2005, TJ began racing with the Midwest Sprint Series (MWSS), and in 2006, scored his first regional win at New Castle, Indiana.  Unable to follow up on his early season success, TJ switched chassis and engine builders at the end of the 2006 season to Merlin Chassis and Switch Engines.  Since making the switch, TJ has racked up numerous victories, including two Championships and a runner up finish with the MWSS.  He also achieved his first National win on his way to three runner up finishes in the WKA Manufacturer's Cup National points.

TJ's goals include winning national karting championships and eventually moving on to full size cars.
